Data controller

The morphix.tools service is operated by an independent publisher. For any question about your data, contact hello@morphix.tools.

Images you process

Files you upload are processed only to perform the requested operation (convert, compress, resize, crop, remove metadata) and are then automatically deleted from our servers within one hour. They are never used for any other purpose, shared with third parties, or used to train models.

Account data

No account is required for basic use. If you create one, we keep your email address and, where applicable, billing information handled by our payment processor Stripe (we never store card details). This data is retained for the lifetime of the account and deleted when the account is deleted.

Cookies and analytics

We use a technical session cookie and an identifier to enforce usage quotas. Analytics are provided by Umami, a self-hosted, privacy-friendly solution that uses no advertising tracking cookies and collects no personally identifying data.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, as well as to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@morphix.tools. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Processors

We rely on Stripe (payments) and hosting infrastructure located in the European Union. Umami analytics is self-hosted on the same infrastructure.
