Common questions

Is the extension free?
Yes. The extension is free and works with any Morphix plan, including Free (10 conversions/day). The Pro plan removes the daily limit.
Where is my API key stored?
Your key is stored only in your browser via chrome.storage.local. It is never sent to any third party. Only requests to morphix.tools/api/v1 include the key in the Authorization header.
Does it work on Firefox or Safari?
Chrome, Edge and most Chromium-based browsers are supported at launch. Firefox support is planned, Safari requires additional packaging and is not available yet.
What happens to images I convert?
The image is fetched by the extension and sent to the Morphix API for conversion. The result is downloaded immediately. Files are auto-deleted from our servers after one hour.
