Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Morphix service, available at morphix.tools. Morphix is an online image conversion and compression tool (PNG, JPG, WebP, AVIF). By accessing the service, you agree to these Terms in their entirety.

2. Access to the Service

The service is available for free without registration, subject to usage limits. A user account provides a higher daily conversion limit. A Pro subscription grants unlimited conversions and additional features. The publisher reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use Morphix lawfully and not to:

  • upload files for which you do not hold the rights;
  • use the service for illegal or offensive purposes;
  • attempt to circumvent usage limits through automated means;
  • interfere with the proper functioning of the service.

Uploaded images are processed in memory and are not retained on servers after conversion.

4. Intellectual Property

Users retain all rights to images they upload and convert via Morphix. Morphix claims no ownership over processed files. The source code, design and content of the site are the exclusive property of the publisher.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Pro subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. No payment information is stored on Morphix servers. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability

Morphix is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The publisher shall not be liable for data loss, service interruptions or indirect damages resulting from the use of the service. Use of Morphix is entirely at the user's own risk.

7. Changes to These Terms

The publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Registered users will be notified by email in case of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts. For any questions, contact us at hello@morphix.tools.
