Intellectual Property

All elements of the Morphix website (text, graphics, software, images) are the exclusive property of the publisher and are protected by French and international intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution or use without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

Personal Data

Images uploaded to Morphix are processed in memory and are not permanently stored on our servers. Account data (email address) is retained for the lifetime of your account and can be deleted at any time from the account settings. You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@morphix.tools.

Cookies

Morphix uses technical cookies required for the service to function (session, authentication). An anonymised analytics tool (Umami) is used in production. No personally identifiable data is collected through this tool.

Browser Extension

The Morphix Chrome extension communicates exclusively with the morphix.tools servers (public API /api/v1). When you trigger a conversion through the extension, the targeted image is fetched by your browser and sent to our API for processing, exactly as a conversion performed from the website. No data is shared with any third party.

Your API key is stored locally in your browser via chrome.storage.local and is never transmitted outside of requests to morphix.tools. You can revoke it at any time from your account. The extension does not read the content of the pages you visit, nor your browsing history: it acts only when you open its context menu on an image.

Limitation of Liability

The publisher strives to ensure the accuracy and currency of information published on this site. However, the publisher cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information and shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the service.

These legal notices are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
